As a member of the mental health profession, I am deeply humbled to be invited to share in the experiences of those who have struggled, it is a calling which I do not take lightly and strive to develop hope in all those I come in contact with. I have worked with families, children, adults and couples in community mental health, hospital and group private practice settings. I have experience working with those who struggle with complex trauma, mood disorders, transitions and interpersonal relationships.
I have a rich history working with family and children as I previously owned and operated a preschool for nearly 25 years. I am committed to supporting individuals in developing solutions to manage life’s challenges, while achieving self-determined goals through empowerment and reenergizing the human spirit by means of exploration, reflection and discovery. Utilizing an integrated approach of mind/body/spirit and collaboratively exploring strategies which help individuals determine and achieve goals, my client-centered approach is tailored to individual needs and employs the understanding that you are the expert of your life. It is a great honor to join with my clients on their self-determined path to hope, healing and wholeness.
